ABOUT t 30 30 Health
T 30/30 Health Inc. was
established in 2008 to motivate and inspired others to rising above
past or present situations and makes the best out of life. We all
have struggles, rather its:
- Spirituality - Family - Children
- Weight
- Finances
- Balancing time for yourself
I understand the importance of
encouraging others. There were times when I did not think I could overcome
some trials; however, I had to continue encouraging myself during the
most difficult times of my life with family, work, school, church and
working on my health. I must say the journey was not easy.
*If you do not take out time for you, then you will never be good for
anyone else*
(How often have we given this
advice to others; however, did not challenge self?)
It seems like there is not enough
time in a day to accomplish our daily tasks; however, if you want to
live a long healthy life, now is the time to start working on
balance.
I have faced many obstacles in my life time; rather than sitting and
looking at my situation, I saw myself coming out of it. Some of the
most difficult time in my life was when I lost five of my
loved one's in a house fire in our family home. I had one day to get
from MS to NY to handle the arrangements. A few months before the
incident, I had lost my brother-in-law who was killed in a car wreck
and my aunt died from cancer. Between my husband and me we have lost
of 30 loved ones.
I do believe that everything
happens for a reason regardless of how painful the situation may be
at the time. It was always my desire to encourage the next person
regardless of what state I was in, because I found myself feeling
better. You never know what a person may be going through, this is
why it is so important to smile, give someone a hug, visit or take
them out to dinner or lunch. |
